 Heidi's family came down for a wedding so all the family that lives down here planned to go mini golfing. It ended up being a beautiful day, and hardly anybody was there so it was perfect! There is a huge playset there that all the cousins were having a blast playing on then Brandon started screaming bloody murder. I went taking off after him and mis stepped and sprained my ankle bad! Brandon ended up having his toe stuck in some netting, and he ended up being fine while I ended up with this.  The other side looks worst but I couldn't get a good picture of it. I was very lucky that Pete had the whole weekend and half this week off before starting school because I literally couldn't walk the first few days. I ended up walking all around Golf Land afterwards which was probably a very bad choice. Poor Ben is the one who found me withering in pain. He has caught me now 2 times at very vulnerable moments. Disneyland posts are always so overwhelming for me because we have hundreds of pictures and trying to narrow that down is quite the task!  This year instead of leaving at the crack of dawn (4:30 am) and spending the same day at Disneyland, we just made Monday a travel day. It's not as cost effective but it was nice taking that day slow.  Melanie had a bit of a hard time in the car, for the most part she was okay but she was sure happy to be done! Once we got to our hotel it was so hard not running straight over to the park. We went to Target and bought all our snacks and packed our strollers so come morning we were set!  We woke up to a nice little present from Mickey! Wasn't that nice :) He gave the kids fanny packs, autograph books (that I didn't take a picture of!) and shirts.  Our first day we were up and ready and at the park early for the Magic Morning. This handsome man took the LSAT in October and just found out today we are on our way to law school. I say 'we' because it's going to be an adjustment for all of us. Even though it may be hard, we are ready for change. It feels good knowing what we want to do, and pro actively doing something to get there. Way to go Pete!

Our little Miss Melanie is officially a walker! She isn't completely steady, but she prefers it over crawling now. Nine months and walking. . . why do my kids do this to me?!

I'm pretty sure I've got the cutest boy ever (I'm not biased at all)  Audrey likes fireworks... from afar, she doesn't want to touch them and slightly freaks out if she thinks anyone is in danger by them.  Master of the fireworks this year  It's fun having Ju Ju here from BYUI  This is how I found my sweet babies at midnight, they fell asleep together. I love that. I love how her appearance is soft and sweet, just like her personality.   As far as resolutions, I just have one. Calm Down . I don't have a temper, I just get overwhelmed and check out. Having 3 little kids is hard. I chose it, and I wouldn't change it, but it's still hard. I think the best word to describe it is claustrophobic when all three are crying and needing my attention, the house work needs my attention, the laundry, desperately needing groceries, not having any idea whats for dinner and Pete who is always at work. I am going to try and post more than every six months this year and keep a more accurate journal of our VERY exciting life. Our Christmas was lovely and we did most of it on CRAIGSLIST! We found some really great things too.  Audrey now thinks she is Taylor Swift, unfortunately I'm pretty sure this is a left handed guitar. Who knew they made left handed guitars?! That's what we get for trying to be frugal!  Brandon loves his Buzz motorcycle.  Brandon got this awesome train set that he loves playing with  Audrey got MAKE-UP so Christmas was a success in her book  Hello, Handsome - there is something I need to tell you all about Pete...  He has to work really hard not to look like this all the time. So if he seems grouchy it's because it's hard work. We appreciate your efforts my love.  This was our huge score on Craigslist and Audrey's dream come true.
